EBT LLC © specializes in selecting and selling items through our digital marketplace. We ensure order fulfillment is carried out by trusted and verified wholesalers and dropshipping partners that have entered into a business arrangement with EBT LLC © through Spocket ©.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery


**What are your shipping costs?**
   Orders over $40 within the US qualify for free shipping.   
   For orders below $40, there is a shipping charge of $4.99 within the US.

**How long does delivery take?**

   Orders are expected to be delivered within 4 to 7 days after shipment. Customers should receive a tracking number for their order shipment within 72 hours. In the event of any shipping or processing delays, customers will be informed promptly.

**How long does order processing take?**
   Orders are handled within a timeframe of 24 to 48 hours.

**Do you ship internationally?**
   International shipping is not supported at this time.

3. Returns and Refunds


**What is your return policy?**
A full refund will be provided if the return is initiated within 30 days of delivery date.
